Why does the video quality drop automatically?
Our platform adjusts the video quality automatically based on your internet speed to avoid buffering. You can manually select a resolution from the video settings menu.

Does the platform support my browser or device?
The platform works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Make sure your browser is updated. The site is also optimized for most Andriod / Apple mobile and tablet devices.

Why does the audio stop working while the video is still playing?
Check if your speakers or headphones are properly connected. Ensure the volume is not muted on both the video player and your device.

Why is the audio out of sync with the video?
Refresh the page, or pause and resume the video. If the issue presist, try switching to a different browser.

Why is the video freezing intermittently?
Intermittent freezing might occur due to fluctuations in internet speed. Check if any background apps are using bandwidth adn close them.

Why is the video black with no playback controls?
This might be caused by ad blockers or browser extenstions. Try disabling them and refreshing the page

Why does the video keep restarting from the beginning
Ensure cookies are enable in your browser to save playback progress. Also, avoid refreshing he page during playback.

Why is the video not playing due to the HLS protocal being blocked?
Some ISPs or VPNs block the HLS (HTTP live Streaming) protocol, which is required for video playback. Try disabling your VPN or contacting your ISP to ensure that streaming services are not restricted. Alternativly, switch to a network that supports HLS.

Why is the video buffering or lagging?
High-quality settings require a stable and fast internet connection. If buffering occurs, try lowering the video quality by selecting a lower resolution from the video settings menu. This will reduce data usage and improve playback preformance.

Live Streaming

What happens if I join a live stream late?
Depending on the event, you may be albe to rewind by dragging the progress bar or watching the recording after the event.

Why is there a delay in the live stream?
Live streams may experience a slight delay due to interner speed or server processing. This is normal and varies based on your connection.

How can I interact during a live stream
If the live stream includes interactive features, you'll find options like a Q&A panel next to the video player.

Can I watch a reply of the live event?
Yes, recordings are usually availible within a few hours after the live event end. Check back later on the Video On Demand page.

How do I ask questions during a live stream
Use the Slido Q&A feature provided next to the live stream. Make sure you are logged in to interact.

Why can't I pause or rewind the live stream?
Some live events are streamed in real-time without DVR functionality.

Why does the live stream suddenly stop?
The stream may have ended, or there could be network issue. Refresh the page or check the event schdeule.

How do I cast the video to my TV?
Use a casting device like Chromecast or Airplay. Click the cast icon in the video player and select your TV or device form the list.

Why does the stream lag on my Smart TV but works fine on my phone?
Smart TVs often rely on built-in browsers that may not fully support the platform. Try casting from your phone or updating your Smart TV's browser.

How do I enable full-screen mode on mobile?
Tap the full-screen icon in the bottom-right corner of the player while in portrait or landscape mode.

Why is the video not playing on my tablet?
Check if your browser is updated. If the issue presists, clear the browser cache or use a different browser.

Why does the video not play on y Smart TV?
Some Smart TVs have limited browser support. Try casting the video from your phone or computer insted.

Can I use external speakers with the platform?
Yes, external speakers can be used. Ensure the correct output device is selected in your system's audio settings.

Why is the video not rotating on my mobile screen?
Make sure your screen rotation is enabled in your device settings.

Why is there no sound?
Check if your wireless headphones have sufficient charge and are properly connected to your device. If they are not charged, plug them in or switch to a different audio output device.

Content & Permissions

Why don't I have permission to view this video?
Ensure you are logged in with the correct account and that your package does include the video. If you still encounter issues, contact support at info@aiconnect.co.za.

Can I share this video with others?
Videos are meant for your personal viewing only. Sharing may not be allowed based on the content provider's policy.

What does error code X mean, and how can I fix it?

Can I download the video for offline viewing?
Downloading is currently not supported. All videos must be watched online.

How can I reset the player if it freezes?
Refresh the page, or close and reopen your browser. This will reload the player.

Why does my session keep expiring?

WHy is my question not visible in the Q&A Section?

Can I view Q&A responses after the event?
This current feature is not supported at the time, you will be able to view the Q&A responses during the event.

Can I ask anonymous questions?
Anonymous questions may be allowed if the event organizer enables this feature. Look for an "Ask Anonymously" option.
